Provider updates

CareOregon Dental is transitioning its referrals and authorizations to an online submission process. Starting in July, our Primary Dental Provider (PDP) partners will submit their authorization requests and referrals to specialty services via CareOregon Connect, our online provider portal.

This will streamline our review process and will provide clinics real-time access to referral status and approved specialty providers. PDP staff training will occur during the first two weeks in July, and ongoing support will be available to clinics. Our specialty provider network will also have access to this online submission process later in the year. If you have any questions, contact your program supervisor, or drop Alexa an email.
