CareOregon Dental thanks our Oral Health Integration Project partners for their contributions and continued work to improve integrated health care in our community.

A catalogued toolkit, created entirely of their focused, passionate work over the last two years, includes a plethora of resources and materials now made publicly available on the CareOregon Dental website.

The production of this online toolkit was part of their individual projects and the final products will help the users support innovations for integrating physical and behavioral health with oral health. Each organizations' project overview and resources - both clinic and patient facing - are available for you to use and share.
